ENG 1015 - English for Academic Purposes Credits: 3 This course is an examination of the English language as used in an academic setting. Students acquire and demonstrate reading, writing, and listening skills appropriate to post-secondary institutions in the United States. This course provides an introduction to the classroom culture, pedagogy, expectations, history, and design of English-speaking academic institutions, and is designed for non-native speakers of English.
