CIS 2080 - Content Management Systems Credits: 3
This course explores the development of websites through a content management system. Students learn to import and create documents and multimedia material, create landing pages, utilize Google analytics, and track and manage multiple versions of content. Topics include identification and assignment of users and their roles, definition of workflow tasks coupled with messaging to alert content managers to changes in content, and publication of content to a repository to support access to the content.
