This certificate prepares students to work as IT support technicians providing solutions to problems related to software applications, networks, security, and relevant hardware. Students completing this certificate are prepared to earn the CompTIA A+ certification and are qualified to assume a variety of positions including computer support specialists, information office managers, and support technicians. 

Students who complete the IT Support & Service Operations certificate can apply those courses to the Information Technology (A.S.) program.
