Program Outcomes

Students who complete the Program Management Certificate will be able to: 

• Demonstrate understanding of key project management elements, including how to manage a schedule, budget, and team; 
• Understand process improvement techniques; 
• Utilize project appropriate management software, tools, and templates; 
• Analyze how group and individual behaviors are influenced in an organizational setting;
• Explore pathways and demonstrate preparedness for educational and career development in the student’s field of study.
