Information Technology (A.S.) +

CCV’s Information Technology program prepares students for the exciting and ever-changing field of information technology (IT). Organizations need skilled technicians to install, manage, secure, and adapt complex information networks.

As companies continue to expand their information systems, IT workers are needed to communicate effectively with colleagues, collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects, resolve technical issues, and provide technical assistance to empower colleagues to leverage technology effectively to achieve organizational goals.

Information technology professionals find employment in a wide array of industries including businesses, schools, nonprofit organizations, and government. Our curriculum provides students with foundational skills in networking, security, programming, and operating systems. Students develop depth of knowledge in a self-designed or recommended focus area including: cloud computing, cybersecurity and networking, data analytics and artificial intelligence (AI), IT support, programming, or web development. Program courses may be used to explore other facets of this broad field and prepare you for important industry certifications.

+ This program can be completed fully online.
