Program Outcomes

Students who complete the Leadership Skills certificate will be able to:

• identify leadership styles and explain personal leadership strengths and skills; 
• demonstrate an understanding of business terminology; 
• demonstrate the ability to value different perspectives, collaborate with others, and be a part of a diverse and inclusive team. 
• demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills. 
• demonstrate effective critical thinking, problem solving, and leadership skills to address situations encountered in a professional setting; 
• explore pathways and demonstrate preparedness for educational and career development in the student’s field of study.
