EDU 2160 - The Multi-Age Classroom Credits: 3 Introduces teaching as interaction with a focus on the facilitation of learning. Topics include the rationale and theoretical framework for multi-age grouping with an emphasis on establishing a learning community to facilitate the process of opening the world to children. Provides practical experience in preparing the learning environment, adapting curriculum for continuous progress, recordkeeping and assessment, and parent involvement.
