BUS 2360 - Leadership Development Credits: 3 This course will focus on the development of leadership ability by providing a basic understanding of leadership and group dynamics theory, including goal setting, decision making, problem solving, delegation, motivation and performance evaluation. Students will develop a personal philosophy of leadership, an awareness of the moral and ethical responsibilities of leadership, and an awareness of their own ability and style of leadership.
