This optional workshop is designed as a self-paced course to prepare IT Service Desk Specialist and IT Associate Degree students to take the CompTIA A+ certification exam and to earn the CompTIA A+ industry recognized credential. This self-paced course will provide study guides, test taking preparation content, practice quizzes, and information specifically designed to help students gain confidence and the practice skills needed for the certification exam.
