CIS 2460 - Cloud Computing Capstone Credits: 3
In this capstone course students demonstrate their skills, competence, and ability to effectively analyze, design, develop, and test a cloud-based infrastructure and system. Through hands-on labs and projects, students create, present, and execute a cloud-based solutions proof of concept proposal, including a comprehensive design and implementation plan, a basic security plan, and cost analysis. Students are prepared to take the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Certified Solutions Architect – Associate Certification.
Prerequisites: Foundations of Cloud Computing , Concepts of Computer Security , and Desktop Operating Systems
