BUS 2055 - Introduction to Nonprofit Management

This course introduces the theory and management of nonprofit organization. Subjects include grant writing and administration, fundraising and development, and working with a board, staff, and volunteers. The course will also address elements of community engagement, including developing donor relationships and advocacy.
