CIS 2032 - C/C++ Programming II

Credits: 3
Students learn computer programming using the structured programming language C and its object-oriented derivative C++. Language concepts include variables, data structures, pointers, conditional and looping constructs, functions, objects, properties and methods. Specific object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts such as encapsulation, inheritance, and polymorphism are explained. Emphasis is placed on solving problems using well written algorithms, producing readable program documentation and creating programs that are user friendly and produce neat, attractive output.
