This optional workshop is designed as a self-paced course to prepare IT Service Desk Specialist and IT Associate Degree students to take the CompTIA A+ certification exam and to earn the CompTIA A+ industry recognized credential. This self-paced course will provide study guides, test taking preparation content, practice quizzes, and information specifically designed to help students gain confidence and the practice skills needed for the certification exam. Course content will include exam specific materials as well as support and instruction in scheduling and taking the certification exam online from PearsonVue. (0 credits).
