Program Outcomes

Graduates of the STEM Studies program will be able to:

• apply scientific literacy and problem-solving to real-world challenges in STEM disciplines;
• demonstrate critical and creative thinking in response to novel situations through collaborative problem solving;
• apply an inquiry-based, interdisciplinary approach to global challenges through critical thinking, technology, and cultural awareness;
• demonstrate academic skills required of all CCV graduates, including competency in communication, critical thinking, equity and inclusion, and technology; and
• demonstrate preparedness for educational and career development in the student’s field of study.
