CED 0130 - Yoga for Heath and Well-being

In this introductory yoga class, students will practice postures, breath and awareness. Practices will focus on relaxation, flexibility, postural alignment and health. This class is appropriate for all levels of fitness and ability. Bring a mat and an extra towel. Wear loose clothing.
